How to make SS red thicker for brush touchup?

The paint is too thin to be able to brush touch up small chips on the frame from assembly.

When I asked this question Barry suggested I just let it flash/off gas in a jar for a half a day or what ever it took to get it thick enough...

mix up a small amount and let it set for a couple of hours.

Dab some on a paint can lid let set and about 30 minutes you are good to go if you don't need a lot and it will be ready in about 15 minutes.
If need more and doing like Bob and ND said pot life with no reducer is about 280 minutes, so should be getting there in about 2-4 hours, depending on amount and temp/humd.

Like said above but put it under a heat bulb or use a heat gun....good to go in 5 minutes

I've never done any of that, instead relying on multiple coats. Maybe letting it thicken up is better? I would probably forget it there and it would harden up, lol.
