How should I deal with clear overspray on fresh clear?

I feel dumb asking, but this is my first complete.

I had a bad run that I sanded through to base on the drivers qtr. After a few days I got it blended in with epoxy and more base. I then recleared the entire qtr with 3 coats and got overspay on all my other beautiful pannels that I had just cleared several days before.

Should I try to clay bar some of the overspray off the 4 day old clear before I start wet sanding?

Or would that be a waste of time? Should I just start wet sanding and don't worry about the overspray?

You are supposed to cover the vehicle before spraying. Jobbers sell rolls of plastic or individual car bags for that purpose. If you have not wet sanded yet, it's probably OK since sanding will remove the overspray. But any areas to hard to reach with sandpaper and buffer might need clay bar.
