how many coats in two days

Talked to my painter he planned on painting the car with 3 to 4 coats of clear day 1 wake up the next day roughly 10 to 12 hours and wetsand with 4 to 600 pinstripe and lay 4 more coats of clear day 2. I have all slow and very slow activators. Am i risking it all with this game plan? Can he sand universal 12 afters being sprayed. The booth does not bake.
 
I dont see you having an issue as long as your metal temps are good while it sets.. Honestly, what you propose is done all the time.. Myself I like to set mine in the sun after I sand with 400 for a day to gas off, but that is just me
 
Ok just wanted to make sure I wasn't running into solvent pop or de-lamination or any of that.
