how long once activated is spi universal clear good for?

once i mix my universal clear with the activator how long do I have before I have to spray it? Could it sit in the mixing container for several hours or do i need a sealed container or doesnt it matter?
 
Pot life at 77 degrees is safely about 2.5 to 3 hrs. But remember, the hotter it gets the shorter the pot life becomes. A general rule is for about every 15 degrees the temp goes up the pot life cuts in half. So at about 90 degrees the same mix maybe only good for 1 - 1.5 hrs. Your best bet is to mix it up when your ready to spray. Also, activator temp will play a role as well. The faster the activator the shorter the pot life.
