HOK base with SPI reducer or HOK reducer?

Title pretty much says it all. I've decided to go all SPI for a couple cars I'm restoring, except for the base, and one owner wants HOK Platinum. Has anyone had experience using SPI reducer with HOK pearls? Should I just stick with the HOK reducer?

I've only painted roughly 5 cars, but I have spent quite a bit of time reading and trying to learn. This site is a breath of fresh air as far as great knowledge is concerned. I ruined a door repaint by not letting solvents flash enough, even though I went by the sheet. Now I know why!
 
SPI reducer works excellent in anything that calls for a urethane reducer. I've used it in HOK stuff along with a lot of others here.
 
I think since i've been using SPI, which has been quite a while now, I haven't used the HOK reducer..
 
been using spi reducer in hok for 10 years now. never once bought hok reducer. just not necessary. spi clears and primers are great with hok base as well
