I will start off by saying my gun cleaning setup is fairly primitive. First off i have a five gallon bucket as a catch can, I use the old thinner in it thru a rinse bottle to clean my cup and gun almost all the way. When things appear to be clean enough I have another rinse bottle with clean thinner that I finish rinse my gun, cup, cap etc. I use dupont 105(I think it is a virgin spirit) and an assortment of brushes of course. I also wear a pair of 20 mil blue nitrile gloves(it seems the more and more thinner my hands see the more and more irritated they get ).
I only see 2-3 overalls a year and a few bumpers, fenders etc., so a big fancy wash system just doesnt seem to be in the cards, and the gloves are a pain in the rear to get off and on and expensive to boot, I did try the standard nitrile gloves but they just melt away in the thinner.
Basically I was wondering if anyone had come up with a better idea than I have had.
Thanks for any help guys.
