Fuji Q5 Turbin

Is there anyone who uses or has used this turbine. I have not but interested because there is no moisture protection needed. Thank you
 
We've got an older Fuji turbine rig at our fab shop. It's okay for spraying industrial enamel like you'd find at Sherwin Williams or Tractor Supply, to paint machinery etc, but there's no way I'd use it for painting a car. Generates way too much heat and the hose is the size of a garden hose.

FWIW, there's just as much water in the air from a turbine as would be in the same amount of air from a standard compressor drawing air from the same location. The high discharge temperature of a turbine plus the relatively low pressure just allow the water in the turbine air to remain in vapor form. If you were to add a heat exchanger to cool the air sufficiently to solve the high temperature problems, the ability of the water to remain as vapor would decrease as well. Depending on the humidity of the incoming air to the turbine, you could still get condensing conditions.
