Forgot to connect my fresh air hose

Don't know how I could have forgot. Started spraying epoxy with the hood hose off. I'm pretty intent on what trying to do so I sprayed a few minutes before the realization that I smelled paint entered my brain.

I immediately plugged in and finished. Anything I should do now? How worried should I be?
 
If you don't have a sore throat or coughing at this point, you did good.
You did not have much exposure time so you should be fine.
