Epoxy Primer ?

rustover

Today I sandblasted a door shell. I started on this about 2 pm today and now its 12:26 am. I have it all cleaned and I was worried about it flash rusting. I have coated it with one coat of epoxy primer. There are some areas on this shell that are very hard to coat and I also need to wet sand a few areas.

This may be a silly question, but is there anything wrong with finishing it in the morning. I'm thinking it should be ok, just wanted to make sure. The tech sheet says 30 min or longer with a max of 7 days if I'm understanding correctly.

Thanks,

Russ

Your fine. Dont over think it . Thier is nothing wrong with applying one coat then anither 8 hours later.

So much work. You just can't be to sure. Always better to ask twice or more.

I still flip to the tech shet section of what ever im doing each time I mix something, regardless of the product.
