Epoxy over or under Everglass

I have some panels down to bare metal and need to spray epoxy before it gets cold. There are a couple of spots that rusted through and stripping the panel have left some small holes. I was planning on filling these holes with Evercoats Everglass. My question is: do i apply the Everglass now on the bare metal and then epoxy...... or spray the epoxy and then use the Everglass? What's been your experience? Thanks.

* I am aware of the 7 day window with the epoxy
 
Definitely epoxy first then the everglass. I've had some stuck on my car 5 years this way.
