Eggshell clear coat finish?

I’m fixing a grille in a truck for a buddy of mine. It’s in a show truck that has a painted grille with an eggshell clear finish. This is the clear the builder used (pics below). Problem is they don’t sell that product where I live and apparently they don’t ship.
What options do I have to achieve the same eggshell finish?

Buy a clear and a flattener.
If you want it exact, you will need to mix, say
20% and spray just one coat over a can and maybe another at 30% to compare gloss the next day; from there, it would be a safe bet to finetune flatter or glossier.

Can you show is a gloss clear, not a matte.

It says it’s a multi gloss clear depending on the ratio mixed. I always use spi universal but due to matching this finish I was going to get a quart of this stuff but can’t find it.
Here’s the data sheet. Says 5:1 for eggshell.

If you can't find exactly what you want, then Barry's suggestion is what you need to do.

I would spray a small panel with the color and then spray a small section at a time with the mixed clear keeping track of the percentage of flattener used. Adjust accordingly until you get what you want.
 
Try English auto color if you are around the tx, miss, Al area.
If not, their warehouse in TX may be set up to ship or tell you who to call.

Thanks for all the info I found some 5 star online that’s supposed to be the same stuff, they will ship it so hopefully it’s worked out. There were no distributors in my area.
Only reason I was wanting it is due to the adjacent parts being cleared with it mixed 5:1. So I should be able to match the gloss.
