We want to wish WC the best today (administrator) who is going into the hospital for a stint, he said he would give the phone to the doctor while he was being operated on, in case there were any forum problems, so Doc could wake him up.

We wish him the best!
 
Offered up a prayer for him. My wife had a total of 5 stints before they ended up doing a double by-pass on her. Dr.s said it had nothing to do with her diet or anything and that in her case it was genetic.

We'll trust everything goes smoothly and if he is like my wife's case he'll feel better instantly.
 
Thanks everyone. I received 2 more today. I'm up to 5 now. So far the Dr said everything else looks good. Of course I was only here to get one not 2 so lets hope it's all good. Time will tell, until then I'm in high spirits and dreaming up my next 2 projects. Nothing too fancy. just an old plow truck for the kid and my F150.

I just hope they let me outta this joint quick! Hospitals are just too clean! AND yes Dr. Dan knows that spiuserforums comes first in my book ;) Of course he figured you all would be ok without me here for half a day... Silly Dr just don't understand! lol they haven't let me out of bed yet. But when they do I hope to be feeling much better than I did last week. But hospital bed or bed at home I'm always on the job over here to keep this place running smooth. :)
 
Hey.... I didn't know they scheduled those things! I got one Feb last year, but had to have a heart attack first. They said it was rom smoking. I don't smoke anymore, so if it happens again it will be from my diet, or lack of.

Already had a heart attack at 39 (2 years ago) last year Stent #3... Failed the stress test 2 weeks ago and they wanted me in that Monday. But I had to pick up my son that week so I waited 2 weeks. Then after it was said and done They said they had to open the "Widow Maker" Well why didn't they say that to begin with? But I'm in good shape and at home resting now. And this time I quit smoking....

Glad to hear you're on the mend. Think of not smoking as a $150 a month bonus. My found money went into a vacation fund and it paid for a week at a Club Med with my wife. Not as much fun as a stent but the topless beach made it bearable.
