Do I need to sand this down a bit farther?

Hoping I'm almost there with these fenders, but then in the sun I see these small imperfections and am wondering if they still need a hair more sanding or if I'm just being anal at this point.

Thanks.

Cornet, no I haven't. I didn't see them until the water evaporated. Wet they looked pretty good to my untrained eye, dry is when the question arose. I just wasn't wasn't sure if they needed to disappear or not, I'm now just making sure I see nothing but the same size grit scratches every where. If I see anything 'not the same' I'm going over that area again. I'm planing on winding up at 600. I have a 30x surface scope that will let me gauge uniformity now that I have an idea where I need to be.
Thanks again guys

Guide coat is what you need at this stage. It will show you things the naked eye cannot see and the finger tips cannot feel.
Also be sure you are using a block and not just your fingers.

thanks guys, I'll get out the scope and head loop I inherited from my uncle who used them for electrical components repair and re-purpose them to paint grain and scratch detection.
But just knowing what I need to know when I know I don't makes it way less troubling
