Diy dryer system design. help needed

I've been having problems with my painting. I thought it was me, still might be. I'm going to build a dryer system to be sure. I know to use black pipe or copper tubing ( type L). I don't have a lot of room to work with or money. The plan is to run 30' to 50' in an radiator formation, up and down, but I need ideas on placing valves and what not to drain the water. Pics of small DIY systems that work would be nice too. I'll have a cheap oil and water filters at the end. Thanks

Here's a paint brush version of my idea. There will be two 2 x 4s mounted on a brick wall holding these ten 5' runs of 1/2" copper tubing. Maybe 3/4" at each p trap. Will this work? dryer system idea.jpg

I saw this a saved it for future reference, It looks like a good set up to me.
I have mine run out of copper about 25' from the compressor and 3' drops with valves to drain the water, I plan on doing one like this in between what I have one day. I have a refrigerant dryer and a airguardian filter too but I think this would be a good start.

Haha, I posted that in another thread. Well I'm thinking of a way where I dont have to use so many valves. Then I was also wonder this, on these diagrams of how a shop system should be set up they say it should be 50' optimum. Now there probably using a 10hp big ass compressor. I have a 3.2hp 13cfm compressor and I can't get any bigger. I'm thinking of going 30'. Thanks for responding.
