Disposable cups

Which systems have you tried and or currently using. Any likes or dislikes between them. My local jobber stocks the 3m but can order the DeKups. What size cups do you like for a mid-size vehicle.

Thanks

Do I understand the description correctly. You just insert the bushing through the bag and into your existing cup. Filler up and your good to go? What could be easier.

That is right. I have used them and like them it for the ease of clean-up. Pull bag our throw in trash a little cleaner in gun and your are done.
The best part for me is I get the bags free bags from my wife. They use all different sizes where she works so she brings some home for me arrange of different sizes. :)

Still looking, Dekupps seems to be the one that's widely used locally. In the description for the starter kit they list 5 magnets. May seem like a dumb question but what are they for

I really like the Dekups but have not tried anything else. Know nothing of the magnets, guess I got cheated when I bought mine.

I have the 3m and like them. I haven't tried anything else. My only complaint is about 3/4 the way through the cup it starts to starve itself and the pattern is affected. I flip it upside down and pull the trigger to let air into the bag and away I go. This is a problem with full cups, if you just mix half it doesn't seem to do it. I've been told you can spray upside down with them but I don't know the trick. They said if the air is out then it will siphon. Which contradicts my experience with air starvation. I guess they kinda suck but I'm all setup for them and I'll throw a cup away before I clean another one.

I know this is an old thread but I am finding the same thing with the DeKups.
At first I was crazy about them, as clean up is easy and I can spray upside down. However when spraying metallics the "starvation" aspect does seem to produce some unwanted effects. Noticed it on the roof and more recently on the deck lid when painting my GTX.

Anyone else experience this?

That is why I chose the Sata RPS system. The cups have a positive vent and spray to empty with no changes.
