Chromabase cross-over

I

I am in California, and am no longer able to get Chromabase. I am pretty new at this, and am having a really bad time trying to get a cross over match to their M2235k, Silver Gray Metallic. The Matrix and Pro-Spray guys can't find a match. The metallics all seem too fine compared to the Chromabase sample. I am partially done spraying a motorhome, and thought I would have plenty of paint but do to a problem I had with a small section, I will need to reshoot part of it, and will probably run short. I don't really want to reshoot the entire 35', but I am about ready to pull my hair out trying to find something that will match. Any suggestions??

Is the Chromabase illegal to spray as a hobbyist in California or you just can't find a supplier? I'm sure there's a DuPont supplier that would be willing to ship some paint to you if it's legal for you to use.

That sucks, I think we should just give California to Mexico and let the illegals live there in order to save the rest of the Country from all the liberal grief and debt that's created in that state.
If you shoot some test panels to mail out I'm sure some of the folks here would be willing to try and help you out with trying to find an acceptable match, you can mail one to me.

I'd just go for a drive across the state line and buy what I wanted. No need to tell the world about what you did.

Bob,
That is a really kind offer! Thank you. I'll continue to pursue a couple of options here and see how it goes.

Thanks again!

OK, I found someone that mixed it up for me in ProSpray. Had to do a custom formula, but came out great!

Thanks again, all.
