That is nothing compared to some of the rest of it. The deck lid took 3 1/2 hours to strip with 80# on the Makita. Some of the primer is literally an eighth of an inch thick, and it's 2K. The owner said the color on the 1/4 and door didn't match. The car was painted in pieces and most of it was shot over black sealer, but the doors were shot over light gray 2KMetal2Metal or All-Metal??????
That's a lot of filler on that panel TK. Looks like fun.
I could have used an air chisel on this deck lid and it wouldn't have hurt it. My helper stripped it anyway, and I wouldn't trust him with fireFiller that thick I use Shine’s trick of using a propane torch and wire brush. Makes quick work of it.

Sorry to dredge up an old thread but I think that filler could be Adtech P17, it's very structural and is made to be used structurally (not like the example here obviously) Harder to sand than filler, yes. Any color mekp cream hardner will work and it's great to build edges and form contours etc...
