2010-1 gallon black shows 1:1 ratio with a price of $166.67.

Does this price reflect a kit price that includes the activator, giving 2 gal sprayable? If not which activator is needed?
 
No that is just the gallon of Base-coat. You will have to buy a gallon of reducer also. And you can activate it with a small amount of clear-coat hardener.
 
Got it! I didn't even think about that being a mix ratio with the reducer..

About how much clear activator per gallon? 8:1 like mixing old enamels basically? 2100 series?
