Any black that matches Harley's Vivid Black?

Like the title says, if anyone knows of a good black basecoat that will match harley's Vivid Black?

I only need like 8 oz at the most and I don't feel like paying 100.00 for the dealership stuff, plus having to
wait for it since is special order only.

I guess I could order the SPI black, but what if it is TOO black? :)

Thanks in advance for any help.

LOL, I'm not sure about that, it's my cousins bike but I think the rest of the paint is in very good shape. Funny thins is I'm going to Vegas to visit him for a couple
of days and then he tells me to bring my spray guns lol.

hok or spi black will be closest. the spi will probably be just a tad too black but you would never notice it. vivid black is a really black base.

Thanks, Jim.

I think I will order the SPI then, been meaning to try it out. From what I remember the bike does look like a really deep black, good to hear SPI will match it or even out-do-it.

Was hoping they would sell the black REG 2K in quarts, but I'll order the 2K black sealer then, works pretty good as well.

Just a little follow up on this. I got to spray the SPI black and it is deeper and cleaner than the Vivid Black from Harley, the part that I sprayed is a 'bag' that goes onto the very back of the bike and it's only used when travelling so the color difference does not stick out too much. Compared side by side the SPI looks so much better though.

Now my cousin asked me if I can re-spray the whole bike in the future because he liked the SPI black so much better compared to his factory paint, Barry did some great work with this new black.

Thanks for the update Jorge. I'm going to be spraying my bike with SPI black in the next week or so. I am intentionally not painting one part on the bike which I painted a couple years ago with Prospray Jet Black. I think the Prospray black looks great. It is much better than what Yamaha originally used. I'll let let you know how it compares.
