2K sealer color adjustment or mixing epoxy

I am currently in the process of repairing my vehicle, using used parts to do so. A local shop has mixed basecoat for me (PPG envirobase) but it calls for a very light grey shade for the sealer. Seeing that people on the forum make custom epoxy tones by mixing black and white epoxy, can this be done for the 2K sealer as well?

My other option is using the remaining black epoxy I have and getting a new quart of white epoxy, however, I made a catastrophic mistake and did not mix it well before initially using it, only realizing on my second cup, at which point I thoroughly mixed the settling with what was left. Can this still be salvaged by mixing it in with new epoxy?

That's an excellent red for coverage.
Dont try and overthink the sealer color; light to medium color gray is okay with a good base.
The only 50s I have restored are a 190 and 300 SL, and both were partials.
