1k seam sealer over fresh epoxy

HI guys,

I sprayed some black epoxy on my brothers car yesterday and am curious, can I apply 1k seam sealer over the epoxy without sanding it first, or should I take a scotch brite to it?

I don't see a problem with just applying it over the epoxy but if you want to scuff first just to be sure that is fine also.
