I've been asked to respray, in the original green color, a 1952 Ford F5.
Trick is, it's done in laquer, although most likely not original paint, but only one repaint.
Cab only, wooden bed, but ultra crappy is dealing with metal dash, etc. in interior.
Owner wantsit to be a really nice auction sale truck.
Do I:
1: Play it safe and sand to bare metal, then epoxy.
2: sand past paint to primer, then epoxy.
3: sand paint to xxx grit, then epoxy?
One shot to get it right, reputation on line, cash exchanging hands.
Advice, Gents??
