Guys, Brian answered this perfectly.
The tech line had to be done this way to work
I have learned I have no friends outside of business so turning the phone off was pretty easy.
I have texted back to a few just give me a month or so of not answering the tech line and will call some of my good friends.
This has been very hard on me but Brian and Andy have been running the company for the last year so all is good.
Im 71 and and been married to a record phone-than-pager since 1982.
In still around and to my friends give me a month or so to clean the tech line up.

Wow that's big news, congratulations Barry! Although I don't know whether to praise you or curse you! I got turned on to SPI over 15 years ago on my first real project and the demand for my services has grown ever since. I'll never forget having fish eye issues and Barry helping to walk me through the solution. He recited the "Kentucky Fried Chicken" saga and have never handled sheetmetal with bare hands ever since.
