Which cleaner should I use ?? Have 2k down now, getting ready for reduced epoxy as my sealer.

Is there an issue using the solvent base on bare metal or is the water base just prefered? I ran out of 700 and won't have it for 2 more days so I used the 710 on the door I epoxied yesterday, just wondering if I should continue. I didn't read anything that says don't do it.

Waterborne is better at cleaning silicones and other contaminants than solvent. That being said there is nothing wrong with using solvent only. I only used solvent for years. Just be sure to wipe correctly, wet the surface completely then wipe off.

Reblocked my epoxy with Black diamond blocks and have a few minor lows that the Durablock didn't show and almost out of solvent base cleaner. I have plenty of 700. Should i just scuff and blow it off for filler, use the 700 or wait till i get more 710 ?

700 will be perfect. :)

Wow. Good to know about the silicone issue.

I like the 710 solvent based. As stated it must be used properly. I put some in a spray bottle so I can squirt it onto the panel.
The key is that it must be wiped off before it dries, otherwise the contaminants will not be removed.
You will know the metal is clean when the shop towel you wiped it with comes up clean.

I also keep some 700 on hand just in case.

For final paint I do 700 first, followed up with 710. Priming stages/bare metal I just use 700. Multiple rounds usually.
