Wet sanding, sitting in the sun and temperature

Just finished applying production clear to a pickup bed. The temperature in the shop is set at 70. I'd like to roll the bed out into the sun but it's 38 degrees outside temp here in NJ. Should I leave the bed in the shop or is it ok to put it out in the sun when it's cold out? I'm planning on doing some wet sanding.
