Used Rust Encapsulator, want to repair correctly with epoxy primer.

I have a 1997 F250 that is in very good condition, except for the roof. The paint has failed and some rust has started. I have applied Eastwood Rust Encapsulator to get through the winter temps and precipitation and plan to prep and repair starting with SPI epoxy primer once the weather improves. Do I need to do anything specific in the areas with Rust Encapsulator in addition to sanding with 80 grit?

Thanks for a great forum and products! And thank you in advance for any assistance and advice you can share.

Do a search here for neutralizing Ospho if you are not familiar with the process. Must be done before epoxy if you use Ospho or any other phosphoric acid based product.
