I'd rather be changing used shocks on the back of an old car than try and do this task, LOL.

I made a little headway, still have a lot to add and then try and dress it up a bit.

Take a look: CLick here

Very cool, what is the cost?

Right at $100 a year. Probably cheaper hosting out there, but this got me started.

My website startup cost:

The Essential 70.80 2 year hosting, unlimiited bandwith and email accounts

Domain Privacy 8.99 1 year

Jump Start services 12.99 paid for this, haven't used it , wouldnt pay for it again.

i'm trying to finish up my web site. still have to set up the store part. i bought some software to help me build it. still a pia. not sure on hosting. i have to have a pretty secure site because i know it will be attacked

First thing to do is ask your bank if they have any secure online software you can add. If not use something like pay pal. Then the sales are protected by them if you get hacked. Then at least your money is secure. Online security is a fallacy. If someone wants in bad enough they will find a way. Using an outside source like paypal is just insurance. If something happens they will back up your losses. The best thing you can do for the rest of your site is to back it up everytime you make changes. Here I back up twice a week personally to insure our safety. Our server backs up every 24 hours. We have more security than ever before but the hackers still find a way in. After they do I have to figure out how and close the gap they squeezed in thru... Welcome to the world wide web.

thanks for the comforting words.................... this is what keeps me in the i dont want to state. just dont know if the hassle is worth it. since i'm going to start retirement an a year or so i will be limited to income. so my bride will own the web site and sell shirts and dvd's . will end up doing what our acc says anyway. she will be setting it up for becky .
