Any thoughts on how much it would take to paint this trailer in red SS? Its 18 feet by about 7 feet high. 8.5 feet wide.

Depends on how many coats you want.
3 gallons should get you two coats but I am guessing.

Not trying to be critical, only helpful.
New glossy red is going to look bad unless the dents are fixed.
Looks like it is for a business.
Might be better just get some vinyl in the color you want, with graphics if you want, in a rectangle that will cover most of each side.
