Spraying Logistics

Hi, Newbie here, so new I have never squirted a gun yet but have a couple (HVLPs) at home just waiting to go.
I don't quite understand the order of operations when spraying. What I mean is this.
You mix your paint.
Pour it in the cup (through filter)
Spray the car

Questions:

• Will there be enough paint in a 600cc cup to paint the entire car?
• If not what's the proper procedure for refilling the cup and getting back to the car?
• How much time do I have to refill the cup and get back to painting before it will impact the job?

  REFILL THE CUP AND GET BACK TO THE CAR

Depends on how you spray.
Spray one side, refill, then spray the other.
