Should Cut / Buff come out as good as freshly painted Clear?

Start out slow so as not to sling compound everywhere, move to 600-800 RPM for working the area and then to 2000 RPM for buffing.
2nd step for me is Chemical Guys V36 and a white Lake Country foam pad.
3rd step is Menzerna Super Finish 3800 on a black Lake Country foam pad

That looks awesome!! I have a DeWalt 7 inch polisher, can I use that??
1st step = wool pad and M100. ( what rpm)
2nd step?? Lol. Sorry, I totally green buffing fresh clear.
