Sealer or Primer and sealer

I just laid some primer over some bare metal filler and it came out amazing. I am now thinking of priming the whole car though Im not sure its necessary. Looking at the photo, does anyone advise priming and sealing, or is just priming bare metal areas and then sealing a better way to go. I'm guessing the latter since original paint and original primer is already there. Something about seeing the entire car in perfectly laid primer that makes me want to spray the entire thing...

Just seal and be done with it? Epoxy primer on bare bumpers or sealer enough?

with that many cut throughs and being old paint I would definitely prime and block it at least once then seal it before color

Makes sense. One more question. How much primer will it take to cover this thing? I read that adhesion is pretty good for 7 days after priming... I ask because I only have a quart of epoxy.

I'm going to answer my own question with these quotes:

"I wouldn't, but 2 unreduced coats of epoxy, wet sanded and painted within 72 hours is acceptable in my shop as equivalent to a sealer due to the epoxy's long open recoat window. There are some forum members who think waiting that long will compromise adhesion, but I have not found this to be the case." -Active Forum Member

"i would not put base over epoxy that has set for more than 24 hours." - Active Forum Member

"...I don't want to get into rating base coats this way, so I will agree with everyone and say this:
Unreduced epoxy, sand within 7 days and go.
Reduced epoxy try to stay in the 24-48 hour range." - Barry
