Re-Clear vs Cut and Buff

Just an update….I decided against spraying more clear and going ahead and cut/buff. Sanded with 2000 and then 3000. I have 3 wet coats of uv clear so I’m hoping all is well and I’m staying away from the edges just to be safe. So far it is coming out great!

I was hoping some of the painters would speak up, but I don't think you have anything to worry about, judging from your sanding procedure. Your paint job looks extremely good, I can even see the hairs on your arms.

The first one I bought torn in the butt area when I crouched down.
Many of them do that. Solution is to order at least one to two sizes larger. Some of the paint suits are real cheap, like the ones from SAS. Sata one above is constructed of nylon and much more durable. Any nylon suit is going to last a lot longer than the cheap suits.
