I have lots of new AMD sheetmetal to install on my 69 Charger. I was just wondering what people do to prep EDP coated panels. Should I strip them down to bare metal? Can I simply scuff them then apply epoxy? If I can simply scuff them down, what grit should I use? Most of my sanding is done my hand so I was going to use 180 since Barry suggested 180 on bare metal if I'm doing it all by hand (or 80 on the DA).
