I've identified my bumper as poly propelyne epdm or >PP EPDM<
The structure that is melted to it is >PP COPO< which won't be painted but will be over sprayed.
Will I need adhesion promotors for this?
What filler can I use with this?
And any special thoughts on preparing this for epoxy and high build?
The structure is separated in 2 spots from where the tabs connect the structure to the bumper. I would like to repair it. How do I do this.....can I melt it back together or use sem plastic repair.....
I did glue it with the sem but in flexing it too much it came back apart. Granted it may not have done this on the car but I would rather have a better solution.
On another note. In the front lip there are hairline spider cracks. Any solutions?
I know they will come back if I don't take care of it.
