Overspray

Last night I sprayed a reduced epoxy sealer coat and SS white Valspar urethane on the outside of a door for my 78 Ford truck. The previous night i had done the same to the inside of the door. My masking job was sub par and i have ended up with some over spray (mainly epoxy sealer coat) on the inside of the door at the base of the window (picture below). I wet sanded a bit of the affected area that would be eventually concealed by the door panel with 1500 grit and i have decided that the most efficient route is to just respray the back side of the door (after a proper masking job!). How should i prep the inside of the door? What grit paper should i use? Can i just spray the SS urethane or should i lay down another sealer coat? Is there another route that I should try first before respraying? Thanks in advance - Ross
