Metal cutting circular saw

That saw will treat you good for along time. Start your cut slow and don't bind it up..and the teeth won't chip.
 
Huh, I always figured the use of an abrasive cut-off wheel (chop saw) was the way to go for metal. Does this metal blade cut down on sparks and particles?
 
yes it does cut down on sparks (little to no sparks) but then you have metal shavings.the saw has a chip container that actually works very well. I love taking this saw on job sites, people look at the saw and assume its just a skill saw for wood ,and run when they see that your trying to cut metal. Then watch with amazement as it cuts the crap out of metal.
 
Less sparks and the shaving catcher is very slick. When you have to make long straight cuts, ie. on metal roofing material, this saw is the only way to go. I also like that the steel is cool to the touch after cutting.
