Looks like sand in finish?

Idea???

Air pressure at the wall should be 125 or more.
Then try 3-5 more lbs at the gun.

You may not be kicking out the flash solvents with too little SCFM and air pressure.

That is worth a shot Barry, I know I was only running 50 to 80 at my reserve tank (20' from gun) last time. I'd turned down the PSI at the tank I think... I'll try this today or tomorrow.

I've tried 150 at the wall and anywhere from 15psi to 60psi with the trigger pulled. I got a man coming in about two weeks with something to check my air for oil or moisture or whatever else it does. I'm gonna start over from the top and go threw it until I figure it out this time even if I have to start at the compressor and do it all over.

I added a air guardian filter, and a new hose and so far the problem is gone but I still don't feel I have figured out what is the whole problem, It didn't go directly away it gradually got better, I guess I'll blame it on the stars.
