I just got an Iwata LPH400 with a 1.4 tip, and silver and orange caps.
To check it out, I shot a small patch of GM Silver 17 on an old fender. I was surprised how smooth it laid out without any tiger stripes! I used the orange cap, set the gun at 20 psi, and sprayed a bit slower than I do with my Devilbiss 670.
I'm shooting a Chevy truck tomorrow for a friend - wish me luck!
