Is this a 3 stage color? GM WA441B

My 2017 silverado is "pepperdust metallic" WA441B is the code I believe. Is this a 3 stage pearl or is it base/clear. I'm really.hoping it's basecoat clear coat but....

not in wanda. its a single step color. i have never seen the color but just looking at the formula it appears to be a yellowish/creamy silver.
