Hutchins Waterbug III

I'm about to purchase the Hutchins Waterbug III but I would like to get a system worked out for it first.

After I do the final hand blocking of primer with 360 Wet, I will be using the sander to finish my primer coat with 400 wet scratches prior to sealer.

I will also be using it to sand clear. After I knock down any trash / OP with 1200 Wet by hand, I will use the Waterbug with 1500 / 2000 / 2500 prior to buffing.

Can anyone recommend a brand / system of 6" paper discs that cut well wet? 3M, Mirka, Carbo, etc...

Skip the waterbug. Just get the good Hutchins blue top and a nice spray bottle. I had more pig tails from my waterbug than I care to mention. I ended pitching the hose/pickup and used it as a regular DA w/squirt bottle. My pig tails stopped.
