How long cure time before setting in sun?

Sorry for the newb question...but how long should clear coat set before I can take it outside to hotter temps / sun?

The first couple of times I allowed the clear to set for about 3 hours and then baked it around 140f for 10 minutes...I ended up with solvent pop. Spraying is done indoors at a constant 75f.

I spray door handles on the side for a car group and I try to find ways to speed up the cure times.
 
Do you know about "accelerators"?
SPI makes one .
Sounds perfect for what you're doing, just add some to the clear
and it will set up really fast.
There's also "spot clears" made just for that.
Some can set up hard enough to buff in 20 minutes.
 
Something is amiss here. What clear are you using? After 3 hours I wouldn't think there would be an issue with pop.
