Fisheye Additive in Universal Clear?

I usually don't use a fish eye eliminator in clears, unless I run into an issue when clear coating. I would like to know if there is a fish eye eliminator I can use in Universal Clear, if the need should ever arise! I had a Dodge Diesel truck i just finished spraying and suspected a possible fish eye issue, even after wiping down well before starting the work with lacquer thinner, and twice with grease and wax remover before painting. I wasn't sure about using Universal, as I understand it will fish eye easier than some lesser clears. I ended up using another clear I was able to add fish eye eliminator to and still just got through it. I want to use Universal on everything, but I am concerned about this fish eye eliminator scenario, should it arise. Any advice?

ive never had a problem with fisheyes and universal. wiping with laquer thinner is not recommended, and i prefer waterbase w&g remover to prevent fisheyes!

I should make it clear that I used a lacquer thinner after washing this truck as a wipe down to remove containments that grease and wax appeared not to want to touch. This was done several hours before even starting the bodywork. 2K primer was not sprayed for approx. 3 days (as there were a lot of repairs). I don't personally see where the thinner should have been an issue on this specific job. I have used it rarely, but now and then on nasty dirty jobs with no issues in my 30 plus years of painting. Anyway, my main question is in regards to the fish eye eliminator. I have personally had an issue with Universal in the past in regards to fish eyes, that is why I ask the specific question concerning fish eye eliminator. Maybe I am not suppose to ever use any type of fish eye additive, I don't know. While maybe most never experience the fish eye issue, some of us have had issues. I appreciate your response. Have a Great Thanksgiving!
