IMO no cause with sealer you have a limited open window to then apply your base coat or SS. Hitting it with an IR will quickly close that window. You can base in 20 minutes after mixing epoxy 1:1:1 @ 70 degrees.Question: would this (sealer) be a use for infrared med wave curing light?
Lacquer will, but it will be slow, too.I don't know of any primer or paint that says it will dry below 50* F.
