Are all clear coats polyurethane? i.e. "poly" meaning more than one,a “polyurethane” is a class of synthetic materials made by copolymerizing an isocyanate and a polyhydric resin. any two part urethane is a polyurethane.
from what I read, there are enamel polyurethanes, acrylic polyurethanes and linear polyurethanes for industrial use. I know Barry mentioned that acrylics are not used, so are SPI clears enamel polyurethanes or linear polyester polyurethane?
