Buying New Clear Gun! Which is the best for SPI Clears?

Thinking of buying either a Sata 3000 RP or 4000 RP gun with a 1.4 tip. Should this gun be about the best gun for spraying SPI clears? I believe I generally will be spraying the Universal Clear. I would buy a 3000 model if the price is right. I am going to use a Sata 3000 HVLP with 1.4 tip for base coats. Is there a good place to buy the 4000 RP at a good price? Any Advice? Thanks!
 
The "best" gun is a matter of personal opinion. I don't think you can go wrong with a SATA or Iwata and I recently added a Tekna 7E7 but haven't sprayed any clear with it yet.
