Bonding Outer Hood to Inner Frame

What is used to bond a metal outer hood skin to the inner frame. There is about a 3/16"-1/4"
gap between the two.

Can I use a urethane sealant?

Yeah, the only place you bond is around the perimeter. The rest of it should just be held steadily and gently, the flexible urethane foams are great for this.

This is the reason I love spi so much!! just when you think you've found all the best places to get tools and equipment, someone posts another great product or website

I'll go with the Fusor since I already have the mixing gun for it. Yeah you can't beat the info you get on this site.
