Blocking 2K and sand throughs.

I have blocked several panels and have sanded thru to metal in several spots. This morning I applied more epoxy to the sand throughs. How long must I wait to apply more 2K? Is 6-8 hours enough?

If you sprayed just one coat of epoxy an hour is the minimum wait time.

Most spots were one coat a couple had two light coats. Parts are sitting in the sun. No sanding before 2K right?

You might lightly scuff any dry spray around the edges of the spots, but no, sanding is not required.
