Best Source for a metal shrinking disc?

I bought one of the ones from John Kelly, great tool, worked fine for me and i'd never used one. I believe he supplied a DVD with it as well but I know he quit selling them as he had a problem with one that I think might of broke apart or perhaps just cracked, in any case due to liability he quit selling them & offer a recall of sorts on existing ones. I still have mine & it looks fine, I used the heck out of it on the datsun & it really does work wonders once you get the hang of it.

Brad, I just copied that from the site, if I understand it right he was first for the idea of a flat disc.

But I don't have a clue, Wrey is one of the nicest guys you will ever talk to, he offered years a go for me to come to his class for free, I think he is in MA or NY, somewhere way up there.
Wish I would have taken him up on it but time is my big problem.

I think the Sunchaser is owned by John Kelley?? not sure but another real metal pro as I understand it.

The Sunchaser disc was developed by Scott Knight and sold by Sunchaser Tools; which is owned by Ken Sakamoto. The Sunchaser disc has been around since about 1990, and sold exclusively by Sunchaser Tools. At one time you had to buy their video to get the disc.

After the Metalshapers group on Yahoo started in the early 2000's, Wray came up with the idea of making the disc without the ruffles and to put the turned up edge on the disc; which made it a lot safer. John Kelly asked Wray permission to make the disc and John did until a couple of years ago, when John realized that some of his disc were cracking around the hub area; which is when he recalled them. They were probably as safe as any out there, but John felt he needed to reel them in. Wray is still producing the disc's along with his video; which is a good insight into how they work.
