Best practices, wiping filler or 2k

What do the pros on this site do regarding filler and 2K? Do you always wipe prior to more filler or paint? Do you use 700 or 710? How long do you let dry prior to filler or paint? Maybe these are amateur questions.

Being filler soaks up moisture and to some degree 2K I would like to hear from the people that know.

I always wipe filler and 2K down. Either 700 or 710. Cheap insurance. Just give the W&G remover enough time to evaporate. If not in a booth environment 30 minutes for 700 is a good idea.
