Air leak in Motor Guard CO4515 Coalescing Filter

My Motor Guard CO4515 Coalescing Filter started leaking from the sight tube just after the return window expired on Amazon. I have taken the sight tube assembly apart and checked the o-rings, polly-tube, and mating surfaces, and can't see any issues. Has anyone experienced this problem? How did you fix it? (other than an RMA back to Motor Guard.

I am tempted to plug the holes from the inside with JB Weld and call it a day. I empty all the bowls when I am done working so the tube does not add value for me.

wow, motor guard is a good brand i thought. i got one those big cheap desiccant filters, it dont leak and it holds desiccant, but it does cut the flow some what. its fine for a paint gun but i bypass it for most every thing else.

Thanks. The parts on mine look fine but it blows air like an o-ring is missing. I fear it may be a machining issue since all the parts look fine. I am going to call MG tomorrow. I figured I would ask here first in case it was an easy fix.
